Company Overview:

Our client is one of the largest insurance brokers in the U.S. headquartered in the Northeast. With the resources of a large organization and the agility of smaller company, they work with select independent agents and brokers and affinity groups to provide their clients with the specialized group insurance programs that help them confidently build their businesses.

Position Summary:

A growing company looking to add three new positions to their Employee Benefits team.

1. Employee Benefits Account Executive (salary: $100 - $125k + 20% target bonus)

• Looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Benefits Account Executive in a Retail and/or General Agency

• Small to large group health experience, expertise, judgment, executive presence and discretion to obtain, maintain, service, market and grow an assigned book of group health insurance clients

• Personally manage clients with 25 to 500 EE’s

• Managing a small client service team

• Needs local market knowledge (NY, NJ, PA and CT with well–established and successful relationships with leading carriers and GA’s

• L&H License required

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)


2. Employee Benefits Account Manager (salary $65-$80k + 10% target bonus)

• Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years Benefits Account Management experience with a Retail and/or General Agency

• Small and mid-sized group health experience to carry out the day-to-day account management responsibilities as assigned by the Benefits Account Executive.

• Be able to support the service and growth an assigned book of group health insurance clients

• Personally manage clients with 5 to 25 EEs

• Support AE on clients up to 500 EE’s

•  L&H License required

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

3. Employee Benefits CSR (salary $40 - $50k + 10% target bonus)

• Looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years Benefits experience

• Prior experience retail broker or benefits administration firm preferred

• Supporting the client management team by assisting them to carry out their day-to-day account management

• responsibilities for small and mid-sized group health insurance clients (5 to 500 EE’s)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
