Salary: $125,000-$250,000

Texas satellite location of Top 5 Broker seeks to recruit a proven Commercial Lines Producer to their Houston office. This is a 10 million revenue location that focuses on middle market accounts and has niches in the Real Estate, Construction, Plastics, Manufacturing and Higher Education sectors. The client works from a draw vs. commission structure in this location and has a 30/30 commission split. We also have a deferred compensation plan and offer restricted stock to high performers. Our client is looking for a proven sales professional with over 5 years of retail insurance agency experience.
