The Rogan Group, Inc. - is an Executive Search firm with its HQ in Owings Mills, MD that specializes in the Insurance Industry. With offices in Arizona, California and Maryland we are able to conduct projects on a Local, Regional & National basis. Projects come from all areas of the industry, but we do place an emphasis on the Insurance Distribution area with Production and Management openings being a focus. This work covers both the P&C and L&H sides of the business.

Position Outline:

•Location  - Owings Mills, MD

•Hours – 9 to 5pm (flex time is an option)/Title -    Database & Research Manager 

•Report to – Operations Manager


?Maintenance of the company database (PCR)

?Client and candidate sourcing via PCR database, LinkedIn and Internet

?Maintain job postings (various sites)

?Contact for candidates, clients and vendors as needed 

?Research analyst of insurance distribution sector as needed


•College Degree or insurance sector work equivalent

•Automation – Microsoft Office Products, CRM/Database experience, Internet (Google, LinkedIn)

•1-5 years of work experience in an insurance database or analyst role (or financial services)

•Will consider college graduate with strong Internet skills  and desire to learn quickly
