Client Profile:
• Top 10 National Broker
• 1 Billion+ Revenue
• 40+ Offices across the U.S

Job Outline:
• Oversee 13 Producers both Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits
• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team
• Coach, train and mentor
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands client base and grows revenue.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting Carrier relationships.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years commercial insurance production experience.
• Experience with development and training of newly licensed team of producers with less than 5 year of experience.
• Retail Agency experience preferred to include production and sales management (client will consider carrier or wholesale broker as well provided their background includes a sales component).
• College Degree and Designations (CPCU, ARM, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Highly motivated, target driven with a passion for sales.
